問題
vagrant upしようとすると下記メッセージが出て失敗する。
$vagrant up

Error: The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found
https://atlas.hashicorp.com/bento が https://app.terraform.io/bento にリダイレクトされたので表示されているURLが古いっぽい。
解決方法
vagrantのバージョンをあげる。
アップデート前
$vagrant --version Vagrant 1.9.3
アップデート後
$vagrant --version Vagrant 2.1.2
